The Center for Internet Security's Trademarks and LogosThe Center for Internet Security (CIS) has several Trademarks, each of which is described below. CIS Software Certification MarkThe CIS Software Certification Mark signifies that a security software product has been: (1) tested to accurately measure and report the conformity of computer configurations with the technical settings and actions defined in the CIS Security Benchmark and (2) awarded Certification by CIS. CIS Configuration Certification MarkThe CIS Configuration Certification Mark signifies that a computer operating system or platform is sold pre-configured with the technical security control recommendations of a particular CIS Security Benchmark. CIS Corporate Name and TrademarkThe CIS Corporate Name and Trademark may be used only with express written permission from CIS and signifies a formal relationship between the organization and CIS. |
